Screenpipe records your screen and audio on your computer and turns that history into searchable context. It reads app text through accessibility APIs, falls back to OCR, and transcribes audio, storing everything locally by default. • Scheduled tasks and automations: Run AI agents on a schedule for day summaries, time tracking, meeting notes, and Obsidian sync. Routine follow-through happens without you starting it.
• Workflow discovery (Screenpipe Studio): Finds repeated multi-app processes and shows example runs with source evidence. It can turn them into SOPs, agent instructions, or reusable skills, and you approve each one before use.
• App connections: Connect supported work tools to approved workflows so AI-generated summaries, updates, and follow-ups can reach the apps your team already uses.
• On-device privacy controls: Exclude selected apps, windows, and URLs, and redact sensitive fields before storage. Screenpipe keeps raw history on your device by default, while optional cloud and sync features have separate data-handling requirements.

• No shared team context yet: Even the Business plan does not include shared context across teammates. Teams that want one pooled knowledge base will need Enterprise or a different tool.
• Desktop-focused capture: Recording happens on your computer, and mobile access is only in private beta on Business. If much of your work happens on your phone, that activity won't be included.
