The outputs are saved into account fields and can be used throughout the platform.
You can configure Research Agent to use either:
Configuration is handled by Admins or RevOps users. Once configured, agents can be executed by users with the appropriate permissions. Both setup and execution are governed by granular access controls.
Outreach uses AI-driven personalization, such as Smart Email Assist and personalization blocks, in templates, sequences, and email steps. Items that use AI are marked with indicators, and their performance metrics (Delivered, Opened, Clicked, Replied) are captured and can be filtered. Guardrails are in place to warn users if their edits might compromise the integrity of these metrics. By hovering over the AI indicators, users can view configuration details.
