Plus AI is an AI presentation assistant that runs as an add-on inside Google Slides and Microsoft PowerPoint instead of a separate app. Give it a prompt or upload a PDF, Word file, or notes, and it builds a formatted deck you can keep editing natively. Remix and Rewrite tools reformat layouts and adjust tone or length, and it works in 80+ languages. Files stay in Google Drive or OneDrive, so sharing and collaboration work as usual. Best for sales, marketing, and consulting teams building frequent decks.

• Prompt to presentation: Describe your topic and slide count, and Plus AI generates a complete outline plus formatted slides. You approve the outline before it builds the deck.
• Document to deck conversion: Upload PDFs, Word docs, or plain text and get an organized presentation back. Useful for turning reports and research into slides without retyping content.
• Remix layouts: Reformat any existing slide into a three-column layout, comparison table, timeline, pros/cons, card grid, or process flow without rewriting the content yourself.
• Rewrite with AI: Adjust tone, shorten or expand text, and hit specific word counts on individual slides. Handy when a slide is too dense for a live audience.
• Native file output: Plus AI produces real .pptx files and standard Google Slides presentations, so nothing breaks when you share, comment, or present offline.
• 80+ language support: Write or translate entire decks into nearly any language, which helps teams presenting across regions.
• Custom themes and brand settings: Team plans let you save brand colors, fonts, and a logo so generated decks match your style guide. You can also save reusable prompts and custom instructions.
• Plus AI for Google Docs: Included with presentation subscriptions. Generate blog posts and marketing copy from a prompt, or rewrite and reformat existing docs.

• Works inside Google Slides and PowerPoint: Create and edit presentations without moving to a separate presentation editor.
• Speeds up presentation creation: Generate a first draft from a prompt or uploaded PDF, Word document, PowerPoint file, or text, then refine it with AI.
• Useful slide editing tools: Rewrite content, remix layouts, add slides, and reformat existing presentations with AI.
• Native presentation files: Plus AI creates native Google Slides presentations and PPTX files that work with existing presentation workflows and templates.
• Custom branding for teams: Teams can use custom templates, logos, fonts, colors, shared presets, and custom instructions.
• Your files stay yours: Decks remain standard Google Slides or PPTX files in Drive, SharePoint, or OneDrive. No export headaches or vendor lock-in.
• SOC 2 Type II certified: Security and compliance credentials make it viable for enterprise procurement, with custom templates available on enterprise plans.

• AI usage is credit-based: Paid plans include a set number of AI credits each month, so heavy users may need a higher plan.
• Advanced features cost more: Features such as custom branding, shared presets, and enterprise template support are aimed at higher-tier customers.
• Free access is limited: New customers get a 7-day trial with 1,000 AI credits, while ongoing access to the paid feature set requires a subscription.
• AI does not replace final editing: Users still need to check the content, wording, formatting, and accuracy before presenting.

• Sales decks at volume: Sales teams that build a custom deck for every prospect can generate a tailored version from a prompt or a discovery-call summary, then swap in account specifics. Cuts prep from an hour to a few minutes per pitch.
• Turning reports into presentations: Upload a long PDF strategy document or research report and convert it into a structured executive deck. The outline step lets you drop sections before slides get built, so you control the narrative.
• Investor and proposal templates: Pre-built prompts cover pitch decks, business proposals, and marketing updates. Founders and agencies get a sensible structure instead of staring at an empty template.
• Training and webinar material: Instructors and enablement teams can produce course decks from an outline, then use Rewrite to fit each slide within a speaking time limit.
• Cleaning up rough notes: Paste messy meeting notes onto a slide, then use Edit with AI and Remix to reformat it into a readable three-column or timeline layout. Good for people who think in text but must present visually.
• Multilingual rollouts: Translate an approved deck into 100+ languages to brief regional teams or international clients without rebuilding layouts.
• Recurring data reviews: Plus Snapshots pull live data from your analytics tools onto slides via a browser extension and auto-refresh it, which suits weekly leadership meetings that pull numbers from several sources.
