DeepDocs is an AI-powered tool that automatically scans your GitHub repositories on every commit, detects outdated documentation, and updates it in a separate branch with a pull request. This ensures your API references, SDK guides, tutorials, and READMEs remain current without manual work. By preserving your original formatting and only updating outdated sections, DeepDocs integrates smoothly into your workflow, saving time and reducing errors.
DeepDocs scans your GitHub codebase on every commit to detect documentation drift. When it finds outdated content, it automatically updates the documentation in a separate branch and opens a pull request for your review.
Currently DeepDocs works on Github, so your source code and documentation must be on GitHub. We will be expanding to other platforms like Gitlab soon.
Credits are used based on the number of documentation files processed by the AI during a scan. The exact number can vary from zero up to the total number of documentation files requiring analysis.
Each “seat” under the Pro plan corresponds to one developer (or one user). The number of scan credits per month scales with the number of seats. For example, a team of three would purchase three seats and receive three times the base credits.
If you do not subscribe after the 7-day free trial, the documentation scans will be paused automatically. No action is required to cancel.
