To strengthen their Performance Marketing Team, we are looking for a Senior Performance Marketing Manager – Retail Media / Omnichannel (f/m/d) in Hamburg.
Tasks
Develop and execute retail media and omnichannel performance marketing strategies
Manage and optimize campaigns across retail media networks and platforms (e.g. Amazon, OTTO, eBay, Walmart, Criteo, CitrusAd)
Analyze campaign performance and derive actionable optimization measures
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing activities with business goals
Monitor market trends, competitors, and new retail media opportunities
Drive innovation and contribute to the development of retail media best practices
Support and mentor junior team members
Requirements
2–4+ years of experience in Performance Marketing with a focus on Retail Media
Hands-on experience with retail media platforms such as Amazon Advertising, Criteo, CitrusAd, Walmart, eBay, OTTO, or similar
Proven track record of managing successful, ROI-driven campaigns
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
Proactive, self-driven, and eager to continuously learn
Fluent English skills; additional languages are a plus
