Account Manager, Healthcare & Transit Partnerships

At Lyft, our purpose is to serve and connect. We aim to achieve this by cultivating a work environment where all team members belong and have the opportunity to thrive.

Lyft's Healthcare & Community Access team is changing the way state Medicaid agencies, transportation brokers, and transit authorities think about non-emergency medical transportation (NEMT) and paratransit. We work with the largest NEMT brokers, state and federal healthcare agencies, and transit authorities in the country to improve access to care and essential services for the riders who need it most. Our work is fast-paced, cross-functional, and high-impact — and we are looking for passionate, hard-working, and customer-focused team members who want to tackle real transportation challenges and make a difference for the people who rely on these services most.

As an Account Manager on Lyft's Healthcare & Community Access team, you're responsible for managing and growing a book of healthcare and transit partnerships. You'll develop trusted relationships with your partners, become a Lyft product expert, and learn to identify and prioritize the highest-impact opportunities across your accounts. You'll join a talented team focused on one thing: using technology and Lyft's network of drivers to improve transportation for patients, members, and transit riders.

Conduct regular business reviews with partners, presenting performance data, insights, and recommendations

Develop a strong working knowledge of Lyft's product suite — including web-based products and API integrations — to effectively match solutions to partner needs

Actively participate in cross-functional workstreams with Product, Engineering, Compliance, Legal, and Public Policy, bringing partner feedback and perspective to the table

Lead effective sales meetings with clear goals and defined next steps, qualifying opportunities with strong discovery and follow-through

Represent Lyft at healthcare, NEMT, and transit industry events and tradeshows

Assist with RFPs

Ability to understand and absorb new information quickly, particularly in complex or technical product environments

Comfortable with change and ambiguity in a fast-moving environment; able to problem-solve and prioritize with limited direction

Team-oriented mindset and the ability to work effectively across a wide range of individuals and functions
