Jigso is an AI assistant that connects to the tools your team already uses, including Slack, Salesforce, Jira, Gmail, Google Drive, and Zendesk. Ask it questions in plain language and it pulls answers from your connected data instead of a generic model. It also watches those apps in the background, catching action items in conversations, flagging unusual changes in your data, and pinging you in Slack. Built for sales, customer success, and leadership teams buried in cross-app notifications.

• Natural language search across apps: Ask a question in Slack and Jigso pulls the answer from Salesforce, Jira, Google Drive, Zendesk, and more. No tab-switching or exact keyword guessing required.
• Proactive tracking and alerts: Tell Jigso what matters (a client, a keyword, a deal stage, a metric) and it pings you when something changes. Alerts land in Slack, so you don't need another dashboard.
• Action item detection: Jigso spots commitments and follow-ups buried in chat threads and turns them into reminders, which cuts down on things quietly falling through.
• Anomaly detection in business data: It watches your connected systems for unusual movement, like a stalled pipeline or a spike in tickets, and surfaces it before it becomes a fire.
• Conversation and document summaries: Get a digest of long Slack channels, DMs, files, or spreadsheets in seconds instead of scrolling back through hundreds of messages.
• Meeting prep briefs: Pull a summary of a client or account across your systems right before a call, so you walk in knowing the recent history.
• Custom agents and scheduled reports: Set up recurring queries, like a daily list of new leads or a weekly pipeline breakdown by region, delivered automatically.
• Answers grounded in your data: Responses are based on your connected sources rather than open-web guesses, which makes them easier to trust and verify.

• Easy to use: Natural-language queries let non-technical teams search connected business - data without learning complex tools or query syntax.
• Cuts information overload: Custom alerts and proactive tracking help teams focus on important activity instead of manually checking multiple apps.
• Strong Slack and Salesforce support: Jigso connects Slack and Salesforce with other business systems to give teams a unified view of customer and operational data.
• Free plan for testing: The free tier provides 30 alerts or questions per month across up to three connected systems, giving teams a way to try the core experience before upgrading.
• Better follow-up tracking: Automatic action-item detection and proactive alerts help teams catch missed tasks and follow-ups across their work apps.

• Limited visibility without connected data: Jigso's answers and monitoring depend on the apps and data sources connected to the platform. Additional integrations and custom data mapping may require enterprise setup.
• Enterprise pricing is not transparent: Jigso's current website directs businesses to request a quote rather than publishing standard enterprise pricing, which can make budgeting harder for smaller teams.
• Enterprise onboarding can take time: Jigso says its enterprise onboarding can take 1 to 2 weeks when connecting apps or custom fields, so larger deployments may require more setup than the basic version.

• Pipeline checks without opening Salesforce: An account executive asks how many opportunities closed this week, which deals are missing required fields, or which prospects have gone quiet for 30 days. The answer comes back in Slack in seconds instead of through a report build.
• Client health monitoring for customer success: A CS lead tracks named accounts across Slack, Zendesk, and the CRM, and gets alerted when ticket volume spikes or a renewal date approaches. Problems surface while there's still time to act.
• Meeting prep before client calls: Ask Jigso for a brief on an account and it assembles recent conversations, open tickets, and deal status into one summary. You stop scrambling through five tabs in the ten minutes before a call.
• Catching action items in busy channels: In a channel with hundreds of daily messages, Jigso identifies commitments made to you and converts them into reminders. Follow-ups stop depending on whether you happened to be online.
• Recurring reports for team leads: A sales director schedules a weekly pipeline breakdown by region or a daily new-lead list. The report arrives automatically, replacing the Monday morning data pull.
• Onboarding onto an unfamiliar project: New team members ask what happened on a project or client and get a summary drawn from past threads and documents, rather than interrupting colleagues for background.
